Role Overview
We are looking for a Coupa Functional Consultant with strong experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Coupa configuration, implementation, and support, and should be capable of working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Coupa modules including P2P, Sourcing, SIM, and Invoicing
- Manage approval workflows, user roles, content groups, and chart of accounts
- Handle supplier onboarding, CSP issues, and supplier lifecycle management
- Provide end-to-end support for procurement processes (Requisition to Payment)
- Troubleshoot issues related to POs, invoices, integrations, and workflows
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and resolve issues
- Participate in UAT, testing, and release management
- Monitor and support Coupa integrations with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle, etc.)
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of tickets
Mandatory Skills
- Coupa Certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Coupa experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Source-to-Pay (S2P)
- Supplier Information Management (SIM)
- Experience in Coupa configuration and administration
- Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
Good to Have Skills
- Experience in Coupa integrations (API, middleware like MuleSoft, etc.)
- Knowledge of field mapping between systems
- Experience in BRD / FRD documentation
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
