Location: Visakhapatnam
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 daysWhat youll do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk/non-IT hiring requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
Coordinate offer rollout, follow-ups, and onboarding processes
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle What were looking for:
1 -5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment / sourcing
Proven experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
