Key Responsibilities & Competencies HR Business Partner
Serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor to assigned business leaders and their teams, influencing peoplerelated decisions and providing proactive, balanced guidance across the employee lifecycle.
Develop a deep understanding of business unit strategies, objectives, and challenges, ensuring HR initiatives are closely aligned to drive value addition and measurable business outcomes.
Leverage people analytics and insights from employee satisfaction surveys, attrition trends, performance metrics, and engagement data to diagnose root causes and deliver evidencebased recommendations to leadership.
Act as an Employee Experience Builder, designing and implementing highimpact employee engagement initiatives, including Fun Fridays, teambuilding activities, wellness initiatives, and culturebuilding programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
Drive and manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, ensuring timely, fair, and meaningful recognition aligned with performance, values, and business outcomes.
Conduct regular Employee Connects, actively listening to employee feedback, assessing sentiment using RAG (RedAmberGreen) tagging, and translating insights into actionable people interventions.
Partner with business leaders to address engagement gaps, people risks, and organizational health indicators in a timely, datadriven, and solutionoriented manner.
