Job Description
Role Overview
The Medical Officer Medical Services will support clinical administration, patient care coordination, and quality initiatives within the hospital. This role is designed for MBBS graduates looking to gain exposure beyond direct clinical practice into hospital operations, patient safety, and healthcare management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day clinical coordination across OPD, IPD, and emergency services.
- Assist in ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, treatment guidelines, and patient safety standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and track clinical indicators, patient outcomes, and documentation compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing, and allied teams for smooth patient flow and care delivery.
- Handle patient escalations and support resolution of clinical concerns.
- Assist in implementation of NABH and other regulatory requirements.
- Support infection control practices and hospital quality standards.
