Job Summary:
Innov8 is looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales, revenue, and operations for its coworking spaces in Kolkata. The role requires strong experience in coworking/real estate sales along with the ability to manage center operations and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, revenue, and occupancy for coworking centers
- Handle B2B / enterprise sales and client acquisition
- Generate leads through corporate tie-ups, brokers, and partnerships
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead to closure)
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the center
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Track performance metrics and achieve monthly targets
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in coworking space companies / commercial real estate sales
- Strong exposure to B2B / enterprise sales
- Ability to handle both sales and operations
- Good understanding of Kolkata market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience: 38 Years
