Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Injection Moulding Machines (IMM) and auxiliary equipment
• Work on critical processes including:
• Assembly lines (manual/robotic)
• Laser scoring operations
• Ultrasonic welding processes
• Monitor process parameters and maintain cycle time adherence
• Perform basic troubleshooting of machines, moulds, and equipment
• Conduct in-process quality checks (visual and dimensional)
• Support mould change and line setup activities
• Maintain 5S and shopfloor discipline
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams

Preferred candidate profile

To operate and manage production processes across Injection Moulding and critical assembly processes, ensuring high quality, productivity, and process adherence.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma in Plastic / Mechanical / Production Engineering
• CIPET Diploma (DPMT / DPT / PD-PMD or equivalent)
• Pass-out batches: 2023/2024 / 2025 / 2026
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Desired Skills:

• Basic understanding of Injection Moulding and assembly processes
• Exposure to technologies like laser scoring / ultrasonic welding (preferred)
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Strong learning orientation and discipline
