Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive/Administrator with 0-2 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR activities in a hospital setting. Ideal for freshers or junior professionals seeking to build real hospital experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, induction, and onboarding.
• Manage employee records & Filings, attendance, and leave management.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and duty rosters (including rotational shifts).
• Support employee engagement, performance evaluations, and HR compliance.

Requirements

• Experience: 0-2 years in healthcare/hospital HR.
• Education: Master's or PG Diploma in Hospital Administration/Management (MHA, MBA-HM, MHM, MPH, MMS-HM, PGDHM, PGDHHM, PGDM-HM, PGDHRM, PGDHA, or EDPHRM).
• Availability: Must be an immediate joiner.
• Flexibility: Ready to work in rotational shifts.
