Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end AI driven solution development, from problem framing to model deployment and monitoring
- Design and implement predictive, statistical, and machine learning models
- Analyze large, complex datasets across multiple domains to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to productionize models using scalable pipelines and cloud platforms
- Apply responsible AI principles, including model explainability, fairness, and governance
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance on best practices
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML techniques and tools to drive innovation and reuse
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, or Computer Engineering
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in analytics or applied machine learning
- Experience building and validating statistical and ML models in real-world business settings
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (Azure)
- Experience with GenAI or LLMs, NLP
- Healthcare industry experience
- Familiarity with ML Ops, model lifecycle management, and monitoring in production
- Solid understanding of data modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
- Solid proficiency in Python, PySpark and SQL
