Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support to Manage end-to-end accounting operations including journal entries, accruals, reversals, prepaid expenses, amortization, and month-end close.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts aligned with accounting principles and financial controls.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and customer collections including dunning procedures and credit control.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, payroll processes, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and support statutory, tax, GST, and internal audits.
- Manage vendor payments, procurement finance processes, customer invoicing, and revenue tracking.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and variance analysis across Business Units, SBUs, and cost centers.
Technology, ERP & Analytics
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP including finance modules, reporting, and operational integration.
- Use advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, financial models, and dashboards) for analysis and reporting.
- Build and maintain financial dashboards and business intelligence reports for management decision-making.
- Work with financial data across systems to improve reporting automation and financial visibility.
- Experience with Tally, MS Office, and Outlook for financial operations and reporting.
Candidate Profile
- 6-8 years of strong experience in finance, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation basics, and statutory compliance.
- Strong technology orientation with ERP systems, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education
- B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance.
