Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect / Tech Lead with strong expertise in FSO (Financial Services Operations) Insurance implementations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end architecture, solution design, and technical leadership, ensuring scalable and high-quality ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the overall ServiceNow architecture and solution design
• Lead technical design for FSO Insurance modules (Policy, Claims, Party models)
• Define and implement domain separation strategy and scoped applications
• Design and guide integration architecture (Integration Hub, APIs, external systems)
• Provide direction on React-based UI integrations and frontend architecture
• Review code quality, enforce best practices and technical standards
• Plan and manage ServiceNow upgrades and version governance
• Conduct client workshops, demos, and solution discussions
• Drive AI/IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) integration strategies
• Mentor and guide developers, QA, and technical teams

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities
• Certifications preferred: CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM, CIS-FSO
• Deep knowledge of Integration Hub, Flow Designer, ACLs
• Experience with Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Party models)
• Hands-on experience with React integration
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Experience in Insurance / BFSI domain
• Exposure to OCR / AI / IDP integrations
