Job Description

Role Details:

Delivering superior client experience in the lobby by rendering exemplary levels of customer service thereby, availing Gold Loans simple and hassle free for the Customer.

Overall Job Description :

• Ensuring high responsiveness to customers problems. Act in their best interest by providing timely and qualitative resolution to their issues.
• No revenue leakages while processing Gold Loans
• Maintenance of relevant registers / Vouchers
• Minimising Operational errors / Prevention of frauds
• Ensure there are no Interest outstanding at Branch for greater than 30 days
• Ensure NIL Renewals pending / outstanding at Branch for greater than 30 days.
• Systematic calling of all NTB customers on Gold Loan and
• Generate referrals for GL (with at least 8 conversions per month)
• Generate 5 referrals a month for Other Bank products.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate

Age Limit - 24 - 30

Required Min 1 to 2 Years of exp in Gold Loan operations
