Airport Representative Executive @ Eminent Transit

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring Airport Representative Executives to manage Meet & Greet services, guest handling, and ensure smooth coordination for corporate airport transfers. The role requires real-time coordination with chauffeurs and backend operations to deliver a seamless and premium customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Meet & Greet services at airport arrivals with proper placard display
• Receive and welcome guests in a professional manner
• Coordinate with chauffeurs for vehicle readiness and correct positioning
• Assist guests from arrival gate to vehicle
• Support luggage handling and ensure smooth boarding
• Provide real-time updates to operations/backend team
• Handle delays, no-shows, and escalations effectively
• Maintain high standards of grooming and service quality

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English mandatory, Kannada/Hindi preferred)
• Presentable personality with strong customer handling skills
• Basic smartphone usage (calling, WhatsApp, maps)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Mandatory Criteria:

• Candidate must be residing near Airport (North Bangalore only)
  (Devanahalli, Yelahanka, Bagalur or near by area)
• Should be able to report for early morning / late-night duties

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Meet & Greet / Airport Handling / Travel Desk / Hospitality
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
