Job Description

Role & responsibilities-

• Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics
• Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA, X-Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance
• Responsible for Sourcing High Value CA customers along with entire Family Banking relationships
• Penetration of Business Banking products like CMS/POS/Beat services to CA customer.
• Sources new to bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel

Desired Candidate Profile

• Customer orientation
• High energy levels with a motive to succeed
• Had managed & Sourced Business Banking customers
• Background in order of preference Banking, Financial Services

Qualification, Experience & Age Criteria:

• Graduate/ Post Graduate: 2-5 years of experience
• Age Limit : 30 Years
