Senior Python Developer @ Tata Consultancy

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for data integration and application functionality.
• Develop web applications using Django and FastAPI frameworks.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for seamless deployment.
• Collaborate on infrastructure automation and containerization strategies.
• Handle structured and unstructured data for ingestion and transformation.
• Optimize SQL queries and manage relational/non-relational databases.
• Use Git for source control and branching strategies.
• Write unit tests and ensure code quality through continuous integration.
• Ensure API robustness, scalability, and security compliance.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Core Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Django, FastAPI, and API development.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Expertise in SQL and database integration.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Experience in API integration and data processing workflows.
• Hands on experience in Pyspark, Azure Databricks is necessary
• Good Knowledge of Azure PaaS and IaaS services.
• Good Knowledge of Azure networking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• External certifications in Python or Azure technologies.
