JOB TITLE: Senior Engineer - .NET Fullstack
Experience: 8 - 12 Years
Notice Period - Immediate
Shift - 12 to 9 PM IST
Location - Hyderabad (3 days work from office)
This role is for 6months Contract to Hire term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Angular.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality features aligned with business needs.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver iterative, high-quality software solutions.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and documentation.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques for programming tasks such as code generation, refactoring, debugging, test case creation, and documentation automation.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core / .NET 6+).
- Experience with Angular (version 8 or above).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience in building and consuming Web APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in day-to-day development workflows.
- Ability to craft effective prompts for code generation, optimization, testing, and problem-solving (Prompt Engineering for software development).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of application security best practices (OWASP, secure coding).
- Experience in performance tuning and scalability optimization.
- Exposure to AI-enabled development workflows and productivity measurement practices.
