Job Description

Job Title: Legal Back Office Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Back Office Executive to support administrative and documentation tasks. The role involves managing legal records, drafting and formatting documents, and ensuring accurate data entry while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage document filing, data entry, and legal records
Draft and proofread legal documents (under supervision)
Process and organize legal paperwork
Ensure accuracy and timely task completion
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow

Key Skills:

Good analytical and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Basic written & verbal English communication
Ability to meet deadlines and follow processes

Eligibility:

Graduate (any stream)
Typing speed: 30 WPM with 97% accuracy
Flexible for 247 shifts
Freshers can apply
