Team Leader - Operations @ TP

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader Operations to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and operations management.

• Manage and lead a team of customer support agents to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve the overall customer experience.
• Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Manager in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM software and other operational tools.
