Informatica Production Support (3-9 Years)-Hyderabad @ Infosys

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Informatica ETL tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems related to data integration and migration.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation for Informatica workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24x5 support for critical systems.
  
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using various debugging techniques.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-9 years of experience in Production Support role with expertise in Informatica ETL tools (IICS).
  
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.
  
• Proficiency in SAS programming language or similar scripting languages (e.g., Python).
  
• Experience working with BDM/PC applications or similar software suites.
  
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as B.Tech/B.E. - Bachelor of Technology / Engineering or BCA - Bachelor of Computer Applications.
