Job Summary:
Looking for a Technical Lead to support the rollout, maintenance, and enhancement of LegacyX, our enterprise GenAI platform. The role involves building and managing LLM-based applications, optimizing GenAI pipelines, deploying solutions on AWS, and collaborating with global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end rollout of LegacyX across global markets
- Develop, maintain, and enhance LLM-based workflows and applications
- Implement LangChain/LangGraph pipelines and agent-based architectures
- Design and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
- Deploy applications using Docker and AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway)
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Apply best practices with Git, code reviews, and Agile methodology
- Troubleshoot LLM performance, vector search, and orchestration issues
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance and scalability
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong Python programming skills (async programming, NumPy, Pandas)
- Experience with C# and Java
- LangChain/LangGraph and LLM application development
- RAG pipeline design and implementation
- Docker and AWS deployment experience
- Git and Agile methodology experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Cobol/Easytrieve experience
- Prompt engineering, agent planning, and memory handling
- Vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, pgvector)
- CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools
- Unit and integration testing
