We are looking for skilled AI/ML Engineers / Data Scientists with strong experience in machine learning, data analytics, and model development. Candidates should be capable of handling end-to-end ML workflows from requirement understanding to model deployment and evaluation.
- Build scalable data preprocessing pipelines using Pandas & NumPy
- Train & fine-tune ML models using:
- TensorFlow | PyTorch | Scikit-Learn
- Implement advanced algorithms like XGBoost & boosting techniques
- Convert business problems into data-driven solutions & code
- Perform deep data analysis, slicing, and feature engineering
- Work on both:
- Traditional ML Models
- LLMs / AI Models
- Evaluate models with proper metrics and contextual understanding
- Present insights with strong justification & storytelling
- Document findings via PPTs / reports for stakeholders
