Technical Skill Sets
- Oracle EPM On-Premises Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM
- Installation, configuration, and management of Oracle EPM applications
- Infrastructure Knowledge
- Strong background in Linux/Unix and Windows environments
- Performance tuning and optimization of Oracle EPM applications and databases
- System Administration & Security
- Backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures
- Applying patches, updates, and security fixes
- Familiarity with Oracle databases and integration with enterprise systems
- Preferred Add-ons
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud products
- Scripting/automation for system management
- Understanding of security protocols and best practices
