Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and prioritise all incoming maintenance requests
Troubleshoot issues to minimise unnecessary on-ground intervention
Coordinate with contractors and operations teams for task execution
Obtain and share quotes with Customer Success Managers and owners
Schedule maintenance tasks and ensure timely closure
Arrange property access for vendors and internal teams
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance updates and communications
Review and approve contractor invoices in line with quotes and work completed
Ensure all costs are correctly billed to owners
Follow up with finance on pending invoices and closures
Perform monthly reconciliation of maintenance expenses

Preferred candidate profile

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Basic understanding of property maintenance / operations
Ability to independently manage tasks end-to-end
Strong communication skills (written & verbal English)
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
