Job Description
We are looking for a Process Laed Associate to support process excellence, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role will work closely with crossfunctional teams, auditors, and technology stakeholders to ensure standardized processes, audit readiness, effective documentation, and automation enablement.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in process improvement, GRC/compliance support, SOP documentation, and PMO activities.
Key Responsibilities
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Support process improvement and standardization initiatives
- Assist in process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation
- Track process efficiency improvements and outcomes
- Identify opportunities for optimization and operational efficiency
Compliance & Audit Support
- Support compliance certifications and renewals (ISO/QMS/ISMS/BCMS, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Coordinate audit evidence collection and validation
- Support audit readiness and closure of audit observations
- Maintain compliance training materials and records
GRC Tool & Audit Coordination
- Support operational usage of GRC tools (e.g., SCRUT)
- Assist in maintaining controls, policies, and audit artefacts
- Coordinate internal audits across teams and functions
- Track action items and ensure timely closures
Digital Transformation & Automation
- Support adoption of automation and digital tools
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and validation for automation initiatives
- Coordinate with IT, Compliance, Finance, and Business teams
Documentation & SOP Governance
- Draft, update, and maintain SOPs, process documents, and work instructions
- Ensure documentation aligns with compliance and audit requirements
- Maintain version control and documentation repositories
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a coordination point between business teams, auditors, vendors, and PMO
- Support project documentation, reporting, and followups
- Ensure timely execution and communication of deliverables
Training & Enablement
- Track completion of mandatory trainings
- Support awareness and skillbuilding initiatives
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of process excellence and documentation
- Handson exposure to compliance, audits, or GRC activities
- Experience working with SOPs, controls, and audit evidence
- Familiarity with GRC tools and enterprise platforms
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Detailoriented with strong execution and followup skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field
- 36 years of experience in Process Excellence, PMO, Compliance, or Operations
- Exposure to ISO standards, audits, data protection, or risk management preferred
