Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions.
  
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Agile methodologies.
  
• Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvements and implement changes using best practices.
  
• Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented Salesforce solutions.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
