Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Be helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented when interacting with customers.
Handling Complaints and Inquiries: Listen actively to customers, resolve their concerns efficiently, and escalate issues when necessary.
Processing Payments: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive checkout experience.
Assisting with Product Assembly & Exchanges: Help customers with assembly concerns and exchange components when needed.
Optimizing the Shopping Experience: Ensure your workspace is well-equipped, organized, and efficient at all times.
Supporting Store Goals: Understand and contribute to the store's commercial action plan to maximize sales and profitability.
Ensuring Store Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and colleagues.

Promoting Company Values: Uphold and reflect our values in all customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

With Excellent English communication

It's a 4 days of work and 6hrs of duty, additional Provident fund will be provided
