    Role: IT Service Management L2 Technical Support Engineer
    Location: Bangalore / Pune
    Experience: 24 Years
    Salary: Up to 5 LPA
    Qualification:

    • BE / BTech with 2+ Years Experience
      OR
    • Any Graduate with 3+ Years Relevant Experience

    Job Summary:

    We are hiring an experienced L2 Service Desk / Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in international voice support, remote troubleshooting, and IT service management. The candidate will provide second-level technical support to global users, resolve complex issues, and ensure seamless IT operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide L2 support via international voice, email, and remote support tools
    • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, OS, applications, and access issues
    • Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 / Office 365
    • Resolve Outlook, email, login, password, and access issues
    • Perform user account management using Active Directory
    • Use remote tools to diagnose and resolve incidents
    • Handle tickets, incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLA
    • Document RCA, troubleshooting steps, and solutions
    • Follow ITIL incident, problem, and service management processes
    • Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams
