Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Maximo TechnoFunctional Consultant with over 5-7 years of expertise in Maximo and handson experience with MAS The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development a deep understanding of the manufacturing domain and the ability to assist in testing and training
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Maximo team for support and enhancements ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
Develop and customize Maximo applications to meet specific business requirements
Provide handson development support including coding scripting and configuration
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Conduct thorough testing of Maximo applications to ensure functionality and performance
Deliver training sessions to endusers and technical teams ensuring effective knowledge transfer
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo and MAS
Stay updated with the latest Maximo and MAS developments and best practices
Qualifications
Over 5-7 years of experience with Maximo including handson MAS experience
Proven development experience with Maximo including customization and configuration
Strong understanding of the manufacturing domain and its specific requirements
Experience in conducting testing and providing training for Maximo applications
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Preferred Skills
Experience with other ERP systems and integration with Maximo
Knowledge of SQL Java and other relevant programming languages
Certification in Maximo or related technologies
