Senior Sourcing Analyst @ GEP

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to optimize spend management, improve quality, and reduce costs.
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for cost savings, and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop RFQ/RFX/RFI documents and manage the procurement process from request to payment.
• Manage vendor relationships through effective communication, performance monitoring, and contract negotiations.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in global sourcing or strategic sourcing within IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of spend analysis, spend management, and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in creating RFQ/RFX/RFI documents and managing the procurement process from start to finish.
