Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications with a focus on scalability and performance
- Conduct advanced model testing, validation, and optimisation for accuracy and efficiency
- Implement workflows using LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, and Agentic AI patterns for production-grade solutions
- Deploy models on Azure, GCP, or AWS using CI/CD pipelines and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of AI services into applications
- Implement monitoring and observability for AI systems to ensure reliability and compliance
- Apply organisational security and compliance standards for AI integrations
- Optimise AI services for cost, scalability, and performance in production environments
- Document integration processes, maintain best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Stay updated on emerging AI/ML tools, frameworks, and trends relevant to enterprise adoption
Qualifications - External
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering with strong exposure to AI/ML solutions
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, and RAG concepts
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (Azure preferred, GCP, AWS) with CI/CD and containerization
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and performance optimization for AI systems
- Solid understanding of security and compliance requirements for AI deployments
- Good understanding of modern DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
- Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and contribute to technical decisions
- Proven solid communication and documentation skills
