Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide production support for applications deployed on AWS cloud platform.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, availability, and scalability.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support role.
  
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (incident management) and ITSM principles.
  
• Proficiency in working with AWS cloud platform (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda etc.).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E. or B.C.A.).
