Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle daily dispatch and receiving operations efficiently.
  • Supervise ground staff for smooth operations.
  • Coordinate loading and unloading activities.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch records and MIS reports.
  • Verify documents for compliance with regulations.
  • Manage inventory movement and resolve any issues that arise.
Job Requirements
  • Any graduate degree is required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in dispatch operations or a related field.
  • Possess strong skills in operations supervision, particularly in dispatches and receiving.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Be familiar with logistics and transportation management systems.
