Job Description

Deliver high-quality English language training to students, focusing on communication, grammar, and career readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom / online sessions (spoken English, grammar, soft skills)
• Design lesson plans and curriculum content
• Evaluate student performance through tests and assignments
• Provide feedback and mentoring to students
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Collaborate with content and academic teams

KPIs:

• Student performance improvement
• Student engagement and feedback
• Course completion rates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's in English or related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Teaching/training experience preferred
