Job Description

Hiring: Customer Support Executive Airline Process (Voice Support)

We are hiring candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in International Voice Process/Customer Support. The role involves handling customer queries related to airline bookings, cancellations, refunds, flight changes, and travel assistance over calls.

Salary: Up to 3.5 LPA
5 Days Working
Cab Facility Available
Rotational/Odd Hour Shifts
On-Site Job

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process/customer support
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge required
