Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Executive to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience management and excellent communication skills.
- Develop and implement effective customer experience strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve business processes.
- Create and maintain customer relationship management systems to track interactions.
- Train and support employees on customer service best practices.
- Monitor and report on customer experience metrics to senior management.
- Proven experience in customer experience management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and customer service principles.
- Experience working with IT enabled services or BPO industry is preferred.
- Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
