Sales Manager @ Study Power

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Visit the field daily to meet students, parents, education consultants, colleges, and referral partners
• Generate leads through direct interactions, institutional tie-ups, and local networking
• Explain educational loan products, eligibility, documentation, and processes to clients
• Convert leads into sanctioned and disbursed loans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and educational institutes
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or reporting tools
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with credit/ops teams to ensure smooth processing and closure
• Conduct promotional activities, seminars, and campus visits when required

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong field sales and lead generation capability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of educational loan products (domestic & abroad preferred)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with daily travel

• Number of daily field visits
• Leads generated and converted
• Loan disbursement value
• Partner/institution onboarding
