Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management

• Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems
• Update databases regularly and perform data cleaning

2. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Generate dashboards and performance reports for management
• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights

3. Excel & Tools Handling

• Use advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, macros if applicable)
• Work with tools like Google Sheets or MIS software
• Automate reports where possible

4. Coordination with Teams

• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams
• Gather required data from different departments
• Ensure timely submission of reports

5. Data Accuracy & Compliance

• Verify data before reporting
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Follow company data policies and procedures

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of databases and reporting tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
