Software Product Development Engineer - Java, Springboot, ReactJS @ Tenarai Technologies

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Software Product Development Engineer to build highquality, scalable, cloudnative products.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cloudnative applications and microservices.
• Translate product and business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code using Java (Spring/Spring Boot) and ReactJS.
• Build, deploy, and operate applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and Gitbased workflows.
• Ensure high standards of performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and maintain overall code quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve observability (logging, monitoring, alerting).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, release planning, estimation, and technical reviews.
• Provide postrelease and oncall support and continuously reduce technical debt.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience building and operating cloudnative, microservicesbased systems.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for building great products.
