InfoLogitech (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Sr / Mid level US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Job Title : US IT RecruiterJob Summary : As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent for various clients in the US market. You will work closely with the clients to understand their requirements, identify qualified candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities : Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Identify qualified candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone and video interviews, and administering technical assessments. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending job offers. Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates. Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. Requirements : Experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or consulting firm. Knowledge of US immigration laws and work authorization requirements. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven ability to source and recruit top IT talent in a fast-paced environment. Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
