We are looking for Process Excellence & AI Automation Specialist for Cashify-Gurgaon

Experience- 2-5 Years

Location- Sector-32 Gurgaon

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Process Excellence & AI Automation Specialist to drive process improvements and build AI/automation solutions across operations. The role involves identifying inefficiencies, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and deploying RPA, bots, and AI-driven workflows to improve performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma (DMAIC, RCA, audits).
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Design and optimize AI prompts, chatbots, and voice bots.
• Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify gaps and improvements.
• Track automation ROI (time, cost, error reduction).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Product, Tech, Support).

Requirements:

• Engineering or technical background.
• Hands-on experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools.
• Experience with AI/LLMs, prompt design, and bot workflows.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.

Good to Have:

• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Excel, Tableau, or BI tools.
