Job Title: Workday Business Application Analyst

Experience: 4-7 Years

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Position Description
Must Have:
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience performing the following tasks in Workday:

. Core HCM Business Process, Security configurations
. Executing EIB loads (simple to complex)
. Managing Workday Hierarchies - creating/updating supervisory orgs, cost centers, locations & custom orgs
. Inbox ticket management experience (JIRA, ServiceNow)
. Creating and managing Stories/tasks in JIRA
. Monitoring of upstream/downstream integrations
. Development of Custom and Standard reports within Workday

Nice to have:

. Workday certifications (e.g. HCM, Comp, Security)
. Stakeholder management experience (IT / HR business owners)
. Experience working in Agile Pods
