Pmo Project Manager @ CGI

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO professional with strong French communication skills to support project governance, financial tracking, and resource management activities across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project financials including budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
• Perform resource allocation, capacity planning, and utilization tracking
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall PMO governance activities
• Support Service Level Management (SLM) and ensure SLA compliance
• Track project timesheets and maintain accurate time management reports
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project status presentations using Excel
• Coordinate with cross-functional and international stakeholders, including French-speaking teams
• Ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies across projects
• Support risk management, issue tracking, and escalation management
• Drive continuous improvement in PMO processes and reporting standards

Required Skills

• Experience in Project Management Office (PMO) activities
• Strong knowledge of:
• Budget & expenditure monitoring
• Forecasting & financial management
• Resource and capacity planning
• Service Level Management
• Time tracking and reporting
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, reporting)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical and organizational abilities
