Job description

• Deliver dedicated technical support to VIP clients, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide break/fix support for devices such as PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets (iPads), and BYOD Macs.
• Manage and support video conferencing equipment and collaboration tools.
• Ensure smooth operations across Apple, Windows, and enterprise environments (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
• Handle incident management and service requests promptly, maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Perform proactive maintenance, updates, and security checks on VIP systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Offer flexible support, including after-hours or weekend coverage when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in IT/Computer Science or related technical field.
• 38 years of experience in IT support, preferably in executive/VIP support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking basics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, discretion, and ability to work under pressure.
