*Key Responsibilities:*

• Handle customer queries, complaints & service requests
• No Sales, No Targets, No Pressure.
• Deliver professional and timely resolutions
• Work on CRM tools. (Salesforce/SAP)
• Maintain accurate call logs and reports.
• Rotational Shifts, Rotational Offs. (Day Shift for Females)
