About the Role We are looking for a COE Head AI, Tools & Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE) to build and scale a horizontal, automation-first CoE spanning Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Center Operations and Digital Workplace. This role will drive tool standardization, platform integration, AI-driven automation, AIOps and unified observability across the organization. The incumbent will enable faster delivery, operational efficiency, predictive operations and differentiated managed services through deep integration of tools, APIs and data. This is a strategic leadership role combining architecture, automation engineering, AI enablement and platform governance. Key Responsibilities AI, Tools & Automation CoE Build
- Establish and lead the AI / Tools / Automation CoE across infrastructure and digital services.
- Define the automation strategy, tooling roadmap and integration standards.
- Build reusable automation frameworks, accelerators and platforms.
- Own the vision for automation-first and AI-led managed services. Platform & Tool Integration
- Lead application and platform integration across: o Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) o Cybersecurity tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, MDR, CSPM) o Data Center & Infrastructure tools o Digital Workplace & ITSM platforms
- Design API-driven integrations to enable: o Cross-tool workflows o Event correlation o End-to-end visibility
- Drive standardization and rationalization of tools across practices. AI, AIOps & Intelligent Automation
- Design and implement AIOps frameworks including: o Predictive monitoring and alerting o Noise reduction and event correlation o Automated root cause analysis
- Drive AI-driven automation across: o Incident detection and remediation o Capacity planning and forecasting o Performance and availability optimization
- Enable self-healing and closed-loop automation use cases. Centralized Dashboards & Observability
- Build unified, centralized dashboards across domains using: o BI platforms (example) o Grafana-based observability stacks as (example) o Custom analytics and reporting layers
- Enable single-pane-of-glass views for: o Operations teams o Management and leadership o Customers (SLA, KPIs, experience metrics)
- Drive data normalization and analytics readiness across tools. Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales Enablement
- Act as chief architect for automation-led transformation deals.
- Support RFPs and large programs with: o Automation-driven solution designs o Tool integration architectures o AI-enabled operations narratives
- Translate operational pain points into scalable automation solutions. Delivery Governance & Capability Building
- Provide technical oversight to automation and platform teams.
- Ensure security, scalability, reliability and compliance of automation frameworks.
- Help Build and mentor teams across: o Automation engineers o Platform architects o AIOps specialists
- Define skill matrices, training paths and certification roadmaps. Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in tools, platforms, and automation architecture across: o Cloud (AWS, Azure, OCI) o Cybersecurity (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, MDR, CSPM) o Data Center & Infrastructure Operations o Digital Workplace & ITSM
- Proven expertise in: o API-based integration and orchestration o Automation frameworks and workflow engines o AIOps and intelligent monitoring
- Hands-on experience with: o Centralized dashboards and observability platforms (e.g., Grafana, BI tools) o Data aggregation, normalization, and analytics
- Strong understanding of managed services and enterprise operations models.
- Experience in IT services / system integrator / managed services environments preferred. Experience & Qualifications
- 1218 years of experience in IT operations, automation, platforms, or digital transformation
- Proven track record of: o Building or scaling automation / tools / platform CoEs o Leading cross-domain integration initiatives o Client-facing architecture and advisory roles
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications in cloud, automation, or AI platforms preferred Who Should Apply
