Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the employee engagement calendar aligned with company culture and business goals.
- Conduct engagement and pulse surveys, analyse feedback and recommend improvement actions.
- Organise events, celebrations, team building activities and wellness initiatives.
- Manage rewards and recognition programs including appreciation campaigns and milestones.
- Create and manage internal communication such as emails, newsletters and announcements.
- Drive employee wellbeing and work-life balance initiatives to improve morale and satisfaction.
- Track engagement metrics like participation, retention and share insights with leadership.
- Collaborate with recruitment, HR operations and leadership to strengthen employee experience and culture.
