Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Coimbatore and Trichy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch support to our customers.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for customer requests and concerns.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.

  • Create and maintain documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
