Meet the Team
The Solution Validation Quality Engineering team is dedicated to ensuring the reliability, and performance of the Nexus Dashboard platform and its ecosystem of apps NDFC, NDI, and NDO. Our work sits at the heart of Ciscos enterprise networking portfolio, directly influencing how some of the worlds largest organizations run their data center fabrics. We are a collaborative, technically deep group of engineers who blend hands-on network expertise with cutting-edge automation and AI-driven testing methodologies. Your Impact
Own end-to-end validation and automation of Nexus Dashboard and its apps by developing comprehensive test plans to ensure quality at every step. Design and scale automated test frameworks for Solutions team to dramatically increase test coverage and accelerate release cycle times. Validate complex customer use cases across both NX-OS and ACI fabrics including NX-OS-ACI interworking scenarios so that solutions consistently meet the rigorous demands of production enterprise environments.
Harness AI-powered tools to accelerate test case generation, predictive issue analysis, and advanced root-cause analysis of test results, raising the standard for intelligent quality engineering across the team. Collaborate closely with development teams, TMEs, and product management to close design gaps early and shape the testing strategy for upcoming features and platform roadmaps.
Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in network testing, solution validation, or an equivalent hands-on network engineering role.

Demonstrated proficiency with network protocols and architectures including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN, and L3VPN.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proven experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks using scripting languages such as Python.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and their integration into automated testing workflows.
Preferred Qualifications

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco NX-OS and ACI fabrics, including NX-OS-ACI interworking configurations.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools and platforms for data analysis, anomaly detection, predictive modeling, and intelligent test generation within a networking context.

Experience with AI/ML concepts relevant to network operations such as time-series analysis for telemetry, pattern recognition in logs, and NLP for requirements analysis.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a track record of identifying root causes in complex, multi-layer network environments.

Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills, with demonstrated experience working alongside development, product management, and TME teams.
