POSITION SUMMARY
The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating and developing engaging e-learning content and training materials for various applications and modules. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and various stakeholders to design and implement courses and resources that met learning objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, a creative mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality content across multiple platforms.

Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited university, with strong proficiency in English communication both written and verbal.
Experience: 2+ years of experience with E-Learning Course Development, Learning Management Systems, Instructional Design Methodologies, Project Management, and Multimedia Development.
