Work Location: Pan India (Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / New Delhi)
Work Mode: Hybrid / Onsite

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred
Mandatory Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core) Active Certification (Mandatory)
- 610 years of experience with at least 3 end-to-end EC implementations
- Experience in 3+ Support / AMS engagements
- Strong expertise in Foundation Objects, Corporate & Country-Specific Data Models
- Hands-on experience in Position Management, Global Assignment, and Concurrent Employment
- Strong knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Experience in Business Rules (MDF), Workflows, Event Reasons, and Derivation Rules
- Experience with Metadata Framework (MDF) and UI Screen Designer
- Experience in EC Time Off / Time Management or Benefits (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in Data Migration (Foundation & Employee Data)
- Experience in Integrations (Integration Center / CPI / EC Payroll / BIB basic level)
- Experience in HRIS Sync and integration with downstream modules
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in Time Management / Recruiting / Onboarding
- Experience with Story Reports / People Analytics
- Knowledge of SAP Work Zone / IAS
- Exposure to SAP BTP and Joule (AI capabilities)
- Experience with SAP HCM / S/4HANA integrations
- Knowledge of AskHR and ITIL framework
- Experience working in global delivery models (UK client exposure preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and support engagements
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Manage BAU activities, including incidents, service requests, and change requests, ensuring adherence to governance standards
- Perform root cause analysis and manage escalations with effective communication
- Plan and support bi-annual SuccessFactors releases, including demos and impact analysis
- Coordinate instance refresh activities with cross-functional teams
- Ensure data integrity during migration and cutover phases
- Work on integrations with downstream systems and third-party applications
- Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders
- Stay updated with latest SAP SuccessFactors enhancements
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer initiatives
