Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Experience: 4-6 Years
Notice Period: Immediate / Up to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic requirements
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on client needs
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing
